Floors & grout
How do I use the Floor & Grout Cleaning Sheets?
Follow the package directions for the amount of warm water and number of sheets. Let the sheets dissolve completely in the mop bucket before cleaning a compatible sealed floor.
Can I use the sheets on any floor?
The sheets are intended for compatible sealed floors. Check the product label and your flooring care instructions first, especially if you’re unsure about the finish.
What scents are available?
The range includes Osmanthus, Jasmine, Gardenia, Peach and Lavender. Check the product page to see which scents are in stock.
How do I use the Reach & Scrub Floor Brush?
On compatible hard tile, guide the V-shaped bristles along the grout lines. Use the pivoting head to change angle around edges and the built-in squeegee to pull away excess liquid. Follow your floor’s care instructions and test a small, hidden area first.

Which side of the Duo-Weave Cloth should I use?
Dampen the textured side with water and wring it out well for the first wipe. Use a dry section of the smoother side for the final buff.
Which cloth size should I choose?
Choose 40 × 40 cm for small mirrors and quick touch-ups, or 40 × 60 cm for extra cloth area on windows and shower screens. Each pack includes three cloths in the selected size.
What can I put in the Spray & Swipe reservoir?
Use water or a compatible glass cleaner. Spray the surface, wipe with the soft sponge, then draw the rubber blade down in overlapping passes. Use on suitable smooth glass and follow the surface’s care instructions.

How do I check my order status?
Check your shipping confirmation for tracking details. If you can’t find the email or need help with an update, contact ScrubKind with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Whether we can make the change depends on how far the order has progressed.
What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Get in touch with your order number and tell us what happened. If there’s visible damage or you received the wrong item, include a clear photo so we can see the issue.
How do I request a return?
